1. Who we are

MARE Real Estate ("we", "us") is the controller of your personal data for the purposes of this website. Our office is at Plateia 25is Martiou 13, Loutraki 20300, Greece. You can reach us at info@marerealestate.gr or +30 694 4542343.

2. What data we collect and why

When you use our contact form or write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number and your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps toward a property sale, purchase, rental or management agreement you have asked about (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps, and Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Our hosting provider automatically keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to deliver the website. We do not use these logs to identify you.

3. Who processes your data for us

Messages sent through our contact form are delivered to us by Formspree Inc. (USA). Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, and our office map is provided by Google Maps and loads only if you choose to display it — see our Cookie Policy. These providers may process limited technical data (such as your IP address) outside the EU; transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for any follow-up you ask for. If your enquiry leads to a transaction, related records are kept for as long as Greek tax and civil law require.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a portable copy of data you provided. Write to info@marerealestate.gr and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

6. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
