What is the apartment for, how many weeks will you use it, does rental income matter. The answers narrow Loutraki down to a few streets, and we say so.
A shortlist, including what is not on the portals
We know which owners are ready to sell before an ad goes up. Viewings are grouped into one visit, or done by video call if you are abroad.
The paperwork, handled
Greek tax number, bank account, a lawyer we trust, and a power of attorney if you cannot attend the signing. Buyers from outside the EU included.
After the deed, the same team
If you want the apartment to earn while you are away, the office that sold it to you furnishes it, lists it and manages it. One phone number for everything.
